for a re-do on life, yesterday would have been it. Not everything, just the middle and the end. I need to learn how to handle stress better... not let it consume me and morph into this thing that causes panic attacks.
Worse, I don't regret opening up, I regret how I had to open up. Email would have been more effective. |
